The impact of inspirational leadership on administrative creativity at Taiz University

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of inspirational leadership on administrative creativity at Taiz University, The descriptive approach was employed, utilizing both survey and correlational methods, A questionnaire was used as the primary study instrument and was administered to a stratified random sample consisting of (162) academic and administrative leaders at Taiz University (Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, General Secretaries, and Department Directors).
