Abstract

This research aims to introduce one of Yemen's scholars who has a long-standing reputation in serving science, calling for it, and educating at both governmental and private levels. The research presents the life of Sheikh Mutahar Al-Gharbani, starting with his personal life, including his name, lineage, birth, origin, and death. It then mentions his social and political life, which is important in revealing the personality of the scientist and his positions. The research also highlights his scientific efforts, his scientific status, and his position among thinkers and scholars, as well as his jurisprudence, his sheikhs, his students, and his authored books. Finally, the conclusion contains the most important results and recommendations.
