Abstract

This research, titled "Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al-Harari and His Methodology in  Fiqh al-Hadith Through His Book Murshid Dhawi al-Hija wa al-Hajah ila Sunan Ibn Majah," consists of an introduction that addresses the research importance, problem statement, objectives, methodology, and structure.

The research is further divided into two main sections:

The First Section: Provides a biography of Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al-Harari and an overview of his book, Murshid Dhawi al-Hija wa al-Hajah ila Sunan Ibn Majah. It also highlights the primary sources relied upon by Al-Harari in deducing  Fiqh al-Hadith.

The Second Section: Examines the methodology of Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al-Harari regarding specific jurisprudential issues related to ritual purity (Taharah), acts of worship (Ibadat), financial transactions (Muamalat), and personal status law (Al-Ahwal al-Shakhsiyyah) that are tackled throughout this study.
