Abstract

This study aims to find a general vision of the influence of facilitation and easing the difficulty purpose on the implementation of the prayer actions for the legally obligated people who are trapped under the rubble. The study was done via two methods: inductive and descriptive analytical one, and was divided into an introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The first chapter includes definition for the concepts: actions of prayer, rubble, facilitation and easing the difficulty purpose, its legality, implications for the new issues, causes and some of its practical rules. Whereas, the second chapter includes details about the influence of facilitation and easing the difficulty purpose on the implementing prayer conditions, obligatory pillars for people under rubble. The study concludes that the facilitation and easing the difficulty are lawfully proved aims. It is also applicable for the new cases such as prayer actions under the rubble that the legally obligated person must offer them on time based on his possible ability which is affected by variety of difficulties. Moreover, this study mentions in details the legally rules that are suitable for each case and situation. Such is a great evidence of the Islamic law easiness and Islamic religion eminence.
