Abstract

This study   deals with the definition   of prayer linguistically and Legally. Then This issue is drawn up and the subject of the dispute is resolved.  Then it discusses the opinions of jurists regarding the ruling on praying for the prophet in the fin   tashahud.

This study relies on the descriptive approach by extrapolating the saying of the jurists of the four schools of thought with an analysis and discussion of what each sect has come to Get.

Finally the conclusion of the research shows the most important results reached by this research and the most important recommendations it come out with.
